Human bingo

Objectives

  • Break the ice
  • Get to know each other

Scenario

Prepare a grid with all the mentions you want (example below), you can change them regarding the topic of your course.

Print out as many copies of the grid as there are participants, and give each participant a grid and a pen. Tell the participants that they have to find a person for each box by asking them if they match the statement. When they have found it, they write the name in the corresponding box.

Everybody plays at the same time.

Example:

Participant A says to participant B: Hello, what is your name? Do you like gardening?

Participant B: Hello, my name is John and yes I like gardening.

Participant A writes “John” in the “likes gardening” box and goes to someone else to ask them about another box. The aim is to fill in all the boxes of the grid with the name of a participant in each box.
