Given the multidimensional crises we are facing and the issues they bring, we believe it is becoming more and more important for people and organizations to learn how to learn, to develop their ability to take action within complex situations and to improve their ability to support each other.

Along with many academic studies, we consider educational projects have a high potential for people to get empowered. Since the beginning, our organization has developed mobility projects as a pedagogical tool for people’s empowerment and social change. We believe they are a stepping-stone for people’s personal and professional development as well as an opportunity to secure a wide set of skills, thus increasing their ability to thrive in complex and changing environments, to support each other, to design innovative social projects that can address the current economic, social and ecological issues at stake and to get involved in society.

But turning this potential into actual results requires from the people and the organizations which provide them to build up their skills in designing and implementing educational frameworks that matches the needs of their target groups.

With this in mind, our European seminars and training courses gather youth and social workers from various EU countries in order for them to share their experience and good practices and to enlarge their teaching/learning tool set regarding supporting their target groups in their attempts to reach personal autonomy, understand each other and foster social transformation.
