Distributing small roles everyday boosts participants' involvement for the sake of the group. It also eases the workload of leaders, trainers or facilitators, who can focus more on the educational aspects of the training course and offer participants a better support.
Various roles can be proposed to the participants. According to your needs, we advice you the following:
Create boards for the participants to register for the different roles. Prefer self-managed and voluntary-based registration, but do not hesitate to remember all participants that they should all contribute in a way or another along their stay.
