**Duration:** 45 minutes

Personal questionnaires are not the fanciest tool but it can be very useful to collect participants' feedback and allow each person to reflect on the overall experience and exert their critical thinking skills.  

The questions will depend on the items you intend to assess.

Distribute to each participant a questionnaire and precise the time-frame.

NB : We do prefer to offer anonymous answers in order for the participants to feel more at ease to share honestly their opinions, especially when they are not so satisfied with what you offered.Those who prefer to sign their questionnaires can do it but we believe confidentiality can help some of them to express freely.
