Before the exercise starts, draw to wheel of emotions by R.Plutchik on the ground using painting tape.
First introduce shortly the participants to the wheel of emotions : What it is, how it works, which basic emotions it represents, how it enables people to precise their emotion's intensity.
Give them then 5 minutes for individual reflection to answer the following 7 questions:
Divide the group in two (2 x 14 people). Distribute each group on a wheel. Invite then participants to answer to each question with a different person each time. The more intense their emotion is, the more they will stand close to the wheel's center. The less intense their emotion is, the further they will stand from the wheel's center.
