Divide the room in 8 sectors. In each of them, install either a table nor a carpet on which you will put a circle template whose radius corresponds to a banch of criteria :

After introducing the group to the workshop's objectives and process, divide the group by nationalities (i.e. the French participants with the French participants, the Italians with the Italians…).

Distribute to each working group a list of 8 profiles (cf list below).

After half an hour, gather again all the participants.
