Jugend Bildung und Kultur (JuBuK) is non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Essen, Germany. It aims at bringing positive change to the community and especially youth in order to tend towards a tolerant, inclusive and open-minded society.

Since its creation in 2008, JuBuK organizes national and international projects on the topics of bridge building, active citizenship, social activism, entrepreneurship, inclusion, inter-religious dialogue, gender equality, migrant issues, intercultural dialogue, capacity building of young people and youth workers and change making.

The target group of the organization are mainly young people with migrant background, minorities, migrant NGOs and initiatives on the national level. On the international level it works with like-minded NGOs, youth workers, activists, trainers and change makers.
