The participative group chart

• Facilitating people’s expression, highlighting their personal interests
• Getting to know each other in a more intimate way, out of status (academic degree, job…).

Duration : 20 minutes

By groups of 3, the participants are interviewing each other thanks to a common grid:

• “Call me if you need to…” > Something the interviewee can do and enjoy doing;
• “Do not call me if you need to…” > Something the interviewee dislikes or doesn’t know how to do;
• “Call me if you can teach me to…” > Something the interviewee would like to learn;
• “My slogan” > The current motto of the interviewee.

A drawing of the person (whose name is written above) completes the picture.
After 5 minutes, participants switch roles: one of the 2 interviewers becomes the interviewee, and the interviewee takes on the role of interviewer.
After 15-20 minutes (3 x 5 minutes), the game is over and all the portraits are put next to each other on the wall, forming a group chart.

• 1 A4 per person (to save time, we advise you to prepare templates in advance, with the questions to answer and a frame for the person’s portrait)
• Pens and pencils.
• Blu-tack (putty-like pressure-sensitive adhesive).
