====== JUGEND BILDUNG UND KULTUR (JuBuK) ======

{{:out_of_the_box:logo_jubuk.jpg?150 |}} Jugend Bildung und Kultur (JuBuK) is non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Essen, Germany. It aims at **bringing positive change to the community** and especially youth in order to tend towards a tolerant, **inclusive and open-minded society**. 

Since its creation in 2008, JuBuK organizes national and international projects on the topics of **bridge building**, active citizenship, **social activism**, entrepreneurship, **inclusion**, inter-religious dialogue, gender equality, **migrant issues**, intercultural dialogue, **capacity building** of young people and youth workers and **change making**.

The target group of the organization are mainly young people with migrant background, minorities, migrant NGOs and initiatives on the national level. 
On the international level it works with like-minded NGOs, youth workers, activists, trainers and change makers.
