CoLab House is a social cooperative enterprise with the purpose of **exploring sustainable and innovative ways** to provide spaces, knowledge and support to artists, social actors and social initiatives in order to magnify their potential.

Our path is toward **sustainable living**, **meaningful work** and respect in the **living environment** bring together artists, explorers, researchers and travellers to co-develop actions and to create, via the community space we initiated by the end of 2019 in Chalandri.

The enterprise’s activity is **space employment**: we can offer collaborative spaces, studio and workshop areas with live-streaming and remote working capabilities with the additional capacity to accommodate up to 20 people in dorm beds.

The collective is implementing **sustainable interventions**, such as urban gardens, energy, upcycling and recycling practices and is designing **energy efficient solutions** in order to minimise the impact of the house and aiming to make it carbon neutral by 2023.
